You'd have to define funding and all that but I'm sure there are rough numbers. Either way, I see no reason to give them a dime. But to be clear I mean in defense terms. I don't necessarily think the federal government should give states anything (especially since it's coming from state citizens anyway, or debt), but I do think military defense is a duty.
If Israel needs us for defense, we should make it a state and run it. If not, cool. Fuck off. And this goes for every country we send aid to.
