Hair mask recipe ✨️🥳🥰💕
🌿 Bentonite • Manuka • Rice Water • Egg Hair Mask
✨ Benefits
Bentonite clay – detoxifies scalp, removes buildup, boosts curl definition
Manuka honey – deep moisture, shine, antibacterial (great for scalp)
Rice water – strengthens hair shaft, adds slip & shine
Egg – protein + lecithin for strength and smoothness
🥣 Ingredients (1 application)
2 tbsp bentonite clay
1 tbsp raw manuka honey
3–4 tbsp fermented or plain rice water (room temp)
1 egg yolk (recommended)
or whole egg if hair is very damaged
⚠️ Do NOT use metal bowls or utensils (bentonite reacts with metal)
🧪 Preparation
In a glass or wooden bowl, mix bentonite clay + rice water into a smooth paste.
Add manuka honey and mix well.
Whisk the egg separately, then gently fold it into the mixture last.
Consistency should be like yogurt—not runny, not thick.
🧴 Application
Apply to damp, clean hair (not dripping wet).
Focus on scalp first, then lengths.
Cover with shower cap.
Leave on 10–15 minutes max ⏱️
(Do NOT let clay fully dry.)
🚿 Rinsing (VERY IMPORTANT)
Rinse with cool to lukewarm water ONLY
❌ Hot water = cooked egg = disaster
Follow with a moisturizing conditioner (no protein if possible)
📅 How Often
Once every 2–4 weeks
If hair feels stiff → reduce egg or rice water next time
🌸 Optional Add-Ons (choose ONE)
1 tsp castor or argan oil (extra moisture)
Few drops rosemary or lavender oil (scalp health)
❌ Do NOT Use If:
Hair is already protein-sensitive
Hair feels hard, brittle, or straw-like.
Enjoy ✨️🥳💕
