So much waste. I learned years ago that in Primark, a clothes store in the UK that sells dirt-cheap clothes from Bangladesh, if items fall on the floor it’s often cheaper to bin them than it is to pay someone to pick it up, clean it, steam it, and rehang it for sale. When handling costs are higher than the value of the item, what do you do?
