The Black Wall Street Massacre, also known as the Tulsa Race Massacre, occurred from May 31 to June 1, 1921, when a white mob attacked the prosperous Black community of Greenwood in Tulsa, Oklahoma, resulting in the deaths of hundreds of Black residents and the destruction of their homes and businesses. This event is considered one of the worst incidents of racial violence in American history.
It would of been a different story today.
