what are your favorite #nokyc VPS providers? currently considering

but each has a few drawbacks...
I just want to be able to stand up a vps without kyc, pay anonymously, connect only through Tor and be reasonably sure it'll stay online in the medium term.
What are the other options besides remote VPS? I suppose a Tor hidden service at home would work, but that limits traffic to Tor connections, which is not ideal.
