I give a fuck about who coined a derogative term a decade ago. Let it go.
I do think that it has merit, the community is dedicated and able to take a beating without giving up and especially with today's tech much bigger blocks can be supported in a decentralised way.
Concluding all that I still am a Monero guy, but I see it as a good hedge for BTC.
