Most people have never 100% a videogame so they don't understand why Millionaires, and Billionaires engage in Degenerate behavior.
What happens when you complete a videogame, it gets boring after you've beaten the game, killed all bosses, and enemies, unlocked all the skins, buildings, weapons, etc. what is there left to do.
The only thing you can do is mess around with the game, and torture/kill the NPCs, that exciting, and exhilarating, it brings new life to the game.
Same thing in real life, when you've gone to Jamaica, Cuba, Japan, Korea, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Thailand, etc. life gets boring, you have all the cars you want, all the clothes you want, you've visited every place, tasted every exotic dish, done every activity, you've beaten the game, so what's there left to do, the things that society says you can't do/aren't allowed to do, drugs, sex, and other depraved immoral things.
It's the final high for the flesh, the ultimate satisfaction but like anything it gets used to that high, so you have to be more, and more depraved to get that same excitement.
Most people won't understand this.
