I haven't watched this report yet on it but I did catch one with a Chinese woman reading his letter and translating it on the fly. That Chinese General had a lot to say and makes a lot of sense. I think Xi might have taken him out because his cult of personality can't withstand competition, even from your second in command so to speak.
