There's a lot of talk (has been for over a decade in the industry) about "foreigners" driving trucks and causing awful wrecks. We certainly have that issue in Canada. BUT! At this time of year, with snow and wind, and all sorts of winter madness, I'd just like to say that to me, a northerner born and bred who grew up in the snow, a foreigner is anyone south of I70 (maybe I80).
I just came back from Indianapolis and those people cannot drive in poor conditions. Even Fort Wayne folk know that (but they're almost Michiganders).
We oughta make a law that if you weren't born in the snow, you're not allowed to drive in the snow.
