It's not my justice system it's what we currently have. My justice system would not have a process for the people that's near impossible to invoke. I just know that any anarchy & people turning into militias will only cause martial law & then when martial law is in effect all laws are suspended & people have 0 rights. If it ever gets to that point then it's over we the people lost.
The people cannot out gun or out bankroll the government which is why an anarchy approach will never work. Now with ai they will have more drones killing us before one of their people come out on the streets.
