Nostr should allow for something like sub-npubs for different topics, languages, or whatever. Then people can choose which sub-npubs they want to follow. I feel like that would allow for better discovery of someone's alts.
It would also mean a client doesn't need to auth against multiple nsecs to get notifications and feeds for multiple identities.
You could even have "private" sub-npubs for posting to private relays, where it's not linked from your main but still verifiably the same owner
