There's at the very least length mismatches. Npub's are 32 bytes; BIP-85 will give you an xpriv which you can extract a 33 byte key from.
I mean, maybe you could just truncate the string and treat it as an nsec and derive an npub from it, but there's no way to get from the xpub to the npub, so I'm not sure what the benefit would be aside from it being 'already backed up' with your Bitcoin backup. Just likely bad entropy.
