We have such a great climate situation here whether you are in the church of warble glorming or not! Both Sonomco+HVL have good water solutions. Geologists/geophycisists say our sun reflection/absorption ratio is optimal for around a 100 mile radius, but w/ Sonomaco having the best microclimates [maybe in the world].
I grew up in the 1970s around water scarcity so moved+stayed here partly to escape it, tho' I love hot+dry weather a month out of the year! Maybe I'm as 'kneejerk' as the global warming enthusiasts for moving here! Could be.
