It was a bit annoying. Settings > backup > backup 12 words and the file backup option under it (not sure if that parts necessary?)
Then reinstall
Then recover using the file option and itll ask for rhe 12 words first. Then you check the keyset on the bottom and select the one that starts with 005 I believe it was. Then it keeps checking in increments and you dont really know when its done lol
Unintuitive and time consuming, but it worked and my zaps are finally working again
