I bet no ones taking it over because your housing is probably booming in comparison to local wages so people are going for other things just to keep up.

Ours was like a small kind of chain but more like a franchise. So for us all its even more shocking because here the economy in England is now at just at asset stripping to build more housing. I do wonder how long that can keep going before it falls apart.
