Maybe start with a small cheap one and see if you like it. Probably can find a used tina2 on eBay or something. Start with printing PLA perhaps, its easier to print with. Note your prints won't be good for the sun or in a hot car, but they are fine for most things around the house. Eventually you will find what you like and don't like and move up from there.
Graduate to a larger enclosed and/or heated bed printer when you find you want to start printing TPU, PETG, or ABS.
