Had a late Saturday night waiting for the freeze dryer to finish so I could process. It was our first attempt at making ready to eat meals--chicken parm.
Looks like it turned out well and made 10 quarts plus another half that we're going to rehydrate and test out.
Besides all that, that's video just dropped. We taste different raw milk to decide which direction we go for our next livestock operation. Enjoy.
