I pushed an update to bully the robot to call the build_project tool automatically. I suspect there's an error with building that it isn't seeing which is why you're only getting a blank site. If it calls the tool it'll see the error and be able to remedy. You'll need to refresh and click "update" then hopefully it will improve new projects. For your existing projects, tell it to "build the project" explicitly and this should surface any errors to you.
