Yes. Actually, I just joined the coinos telegram channel, and I immediately saw this message:

..... Now -- I do NOT want to throw shade on CoinOs' design choices... there are totally good reasons why you might allow someone to set up a wallet/vault/whatever with just a nostr key, and NOT require that the user has a way to "recover" his account.
BUT -- the number of support inquiries that Rizful has had, since 2024, of this kind: 0 (zero).
Email auth is super-old, super-boring, but it does work, and does allow someone to forget their password, and still get back to their account. (Unless they set up 2FA and lose their 2FA device, of course....)
And also -- there are so many privacy-preserving email services (even a fairly decent one built into iOS now...).... that there's NO reason you need to dox yourself with email....
