And I get it...it feels rude & almost meanspirited to pull back the curtain on the inner workings of relationships that started in childhood. It can feel like you're revealing things that weren't meant to ever be seen.
But on the whole, I'm not sure it's good for us to have to keep huge parts of our lives & emotional experiences hidden away.
