Not sure the timing; but i'd think the best route for this would be to get some opensource course + handbook in place, created by a bunch of nostriches. While we are at it, might as well make a nip for courses, and a simple client.

Subsequently when that is in place, devs have a 'go-to' place to get familiar with Nostr, and we establish jargon, dev-conventions etc. that are in line with Nostr.
After that commercial actors can come in and offer training, courses, certification etc.

My point is, first you need to have some foundation on which the trainers can be trained, and the coursemakers can make their courses.
