Fixed a visual scaling issue with my PHPStorm IDE on #Omarchy / #Hyprland, see https://github.com/basecamp/omarchy/discussions/100#discussioncomment-15499642
I needed to add these two lines to `~.config/JetBrains/PhpStorm2025.3/phpstorm64.vmoptions`. I guess this addition can also help with fixing scaling issues with other applications? I'm learning a lot how Wayland / Hyprland works; how you can set windowrules and tell application windows how to behave on your system.
