another issue around this is that there is no capabilities/compliance like the relay information document. how are you proposing to handle the transition? seems to me like it would force clients to try one way, and try another way, and then, maybe try another way again with these "nostr web tokens".

seems pretty straight forward. i'm just gonna put the ability to require that into relay configuration and the blossom service in orly, make my client do a retry after trying with it, to trying without it. that covers all the realistic cases i see.
