Wealth, status and glory are things people need to earn on their own. Those things should not be stolen from one and given to another who did nothing to earn them. DEI is attempting redistribute all of this in the name of equal redistribution (equity) and by immorally including others in the things you worked hard for (inclusion), while the others did nothing to earn any of that for themselves.
