OpenAI have been very unsuccessful at launching products. People know and use a chat bot interface that's a text box that streams other text boxes and an API for accessing it. Very few people use anything else they've made, and attempts at building upon what they've made don't seem to break through. Every other company seems to do a better job of building products that use the LLMs.
