Busted. Tbh I'm torn between slaying the bitcoin standard and being truthful to what I know to be right now. However, at the time I've read it it made sense to me so I won't be a cunt denying it. Things have changed since then.
People lifting blocks weighting tens of tons to build the megalithic structures with their will alone did not use seashells as money. Were they contemporary with ape people down the river? Maybe. I'm measuring the effort considering the top technology available at that time.
Other than that squirrel skins were money too at one point, but the squirrel skins traders did not build the pyramids. Probably not even Stonehenge.
