Yep, and it's a loophole to ba able to ALWAYS give a new person something without his/her consent. Trust = Big Business. And now proof there are no downsides to what the babies didn't need in the first place. There is almost nothing in the world without downsides. But at a baby's age the risk/benefit is done for them, which is: NO risk/benefit analysis, very convenient for producers of this "vaccine" garbage.
