To be fair, I have seen some not very good looking men get women. I am not sure what is the problem with incels. Many probably are ugly, but they also seem to be socially inept and have defective (self-defeating) psychology.
Anyway, whining is the most useless activity. If they don't want to end it all, they could at least do what Aaron Clarey (short, girls no like) does and make podcasts and go hiking. But I think this is where the defective psychology thing comes in...
