Fundamentally you haven’t answered why there is an emergency? Why such a soft fork which is temporary is even required when blocks are not even full and no large op returns have been transacted.
The very idea that the chain would change its rulers based on illegal material appearing on chain is retarded. It’s a trust me bro method of consensus and it’s antithetical to the ethics of Bitcoin.
