Tons of stuff! I'm actually still listening to it, but what got me to post was related to plasticity, learning and novelty.
1) Time goes by faster and slower depending on how novel the environment is, the more novel the experience is the more your brain records to its memory.
2) Your brain becomes more plastic through learning novel things - so its not just about doing crossword puzzles, but more like "do crossword puzzles, and when you get good, find something else to get good at.", write with a different hand, exercise in a different way, etc.
It's a pretty engaging conversation to listen to.
