The screenshot suggests you didn't connect your wallet yet. You can think of Alby Go as a remote control for any NWC enabled wallet, so you first have to connect Alby Go to e.g. your Alby Hub or one of the many other options.
Only after you have connected your wallet you'll be able to send / receive.
