I refuse to believe that the cycle will repeat itself every four years with such precision. Markets aren't predictable. I don't believe that people with an IQ of 80 would sell at 120k to buy back at 60k because they believe in the cycle and think it will work out well for them.
Markets don't work that way; I don't buy it. I hope we find the bottom soon so the cycle theory doesn't hold true.
