I ASK ALL INTERNET BROWSER DEVELOPERS (for any platform, including Linux) TO STOP ADDING YANDEX SEARCH AND ITS EXTENSION SERVICES TO YOUR PROGRAMS
Yandex is currently a branch of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) and is involved in repressing the peoples of Russia
It manipulates the news on its home page. It provides the FSB with free, unlimited access to its “word statistics” service for training punitive neural networks (you've seen the movie “The Matrix,” right?!). I wouldn't be surprised if it also leaks the results of all search queries to the FSB.
Therefore, STOP ADDING YANDEX SEARCH AND EXTENSIONS TO YOUR BROWSERS, especially private ones, because Yandex works for the Kremlin in Moscow and gives all user data directly to Putin.
STOP BETRAYING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USERS.
