What I described above is not exclusive to my experience. We've all been conditioned towards conformity. We've all had our inner voices silenced. And creative expression has a lot of power to potentially help us find our voices.
It's really healing to try out ways to express yourself without judgement or expectation. We all need to learn to love & respect our authentic self. We all need a chance to really be ourselves & speak with our own voices.
