It's not a government by The People.

A government or system is an inanimate object and it's those in power that breathe life to it whether it's a puppet government or a government by The People.
Government or a system isn't inherantly good or bad.
It does make for a great boogie man that the Bankers can use as a tool to disrupt The People.

The Bank infiltrated like an insurgency on the original governments of The People around the world.
Not just the United States and done in very similar fashion.
A known playbook you might say.
