Funny how there are "consensus layers" -- "Expert consensus" of today is that Bitcoin is a speculative instrument at best, scam at worst, and certainly not "the future of money."
So we're all contrarians on that point.
The problem, I agree, becomes when people generalize contrarianism to everything in their wordview. "NYT says the sky is blue -- it must be green!"
Logic and reason need to temper all analyses, not just "who's the insider/outsider in the picture."
