We just proved it on testnet — 3 heirs, timelocked Bitcoin, Shamir-split Nostr identity, zero trusted third parties. All enforced by Bitcoin consensus. No custodians. No services. Just math.

You load a nsec (optional), use Shamir secrets, heirs get threshold -1 and upon inheritance regain the remaining shares.

For the Bitcoin, upload xpub, check in requires economic activity, resets the time before inheritance contents is sent to heirs.
