House sold. Moving to cash on that front for a period of time.
Housing market in Australia is completely over cooked in my opinion. I’m a long term bull but what I’m seeing right now doesn’t look good.
First home buyers going in on purchases of 700K-1M with a 5% down payment. Some are going in with 2%. Wild.
They’re big monthly payments to hold onto in a shocking economy.
