Have you checked out Lightning Labs Pool? Fixed batch auctions for lightning channel leases. Its non-custodial, but they run the infra.
The interesting part is the interest rate that comes out of it. Amboss has a similar one called LINER. I can see the lightning cost of capital being similar to the SOFR or T-bills. But this time the Fed can't manipulate the price discovery on interest. And hence our individual time preference.
