Yes, some of them have been around for many years, though they are still not in widespread use. Some protocols have been upgraded to use them. Encryption protocols are not something you swap out lightly, it can take many years for relatively obvious flaws to be discovered.
Basically whenever we want to upgrade things to post quantum encryption, we can, we have some stable stuff that's seen real use for years.
Look into the NIST encryption algorithm competitions as a starting place.
