Personally, it tanked at the end of 2020. I had a lot of viral tweets around the time. Tweets with thousands of likes.

Then, it was like getting 4 likes was about as much as I was going to get. People started telling me they didn't see my tweets anymore.

I became more active on the Fediverse. I was getting a lot more engagement there than on Twitter.
