Have a mortgage on the acreage we love, outside a small town. It is almost the only debt we have, since I cash flowed the house, and financed my tractor at 0% interest and will be paid off this summer.
At 3.25% fixed rate, I am content and in no hurry to pay off the mortgage... Rather stack corn, acquire more tools and skills, and our roots go deep now, almost 5 years in. God has been so good to bring us here! 😍😁
