Yeah they faced similar accusations in our area. Every colony is different though, some are less upstanding than others. I remember hearing the bosses from our colony shit talking other colonies for being that way.

I have worked retail jobs where they frequented. Some definitely have 'open pockets', but so do other folk. I think they just stand out more because they are a cohesive group, similar in dress & appearance. That makes it easier to target them that way.
