Privacy is a mind shift and doesn't play well with convenience/spyware tech. It sounds like you are still in the early stages of threat modelling. Figure out what information you want to remain private, and from there decide how extreme you want to go. Brave browser last year started tracking users. Mozilla has a woke agenda and was caught selling user data. What are you trying to prevent with privacy tech?
