Oh dude, theres a bittorrent client out there that implemented and open sourced a protocol modification to bittorrent that allowed live streaming uploads by getting rid of the file hash requirement and doing something else I forgot. Ive got to find it for you, ive got it bookmarked on my work machine. Would be fantastic to use outside of their client.
