Yes, it installs two plugins (mine and the one that handles Asciidoc markup) and then you just write Obsidian notes and press the button in the menu to publish.
It stores the events in your vault, so you can also republish from there, if there are problems writing to relays or you want to send the note to a relay that doesn't have it yet.
