Robinhood Launches Robinhood Chain, Tapping Chainlink for Oracle Services
Robinhood announced today the launch of its public testnet and has selected Chainlink as the oracle platform for Robinhood Chain. Robinhood Chain is an Ethereum Layer 2 network built on Arbitrum, designed to support real-world assets. Developers will be able to leverage Chainlink's data, interoperability, and compliance standards to build advanced tokenization use cases on Robinhood Chain.
Nicola White, Robinhood Crypto Institutions Vice President, stated at Consensus in Hong Kong that institutions have undergone decades of exploration in processes and procedures. "We are truly striving to help them leap to the next level of technology and innovation."
