Bitcoin touches on so many convenient but sacred fictions that many people have to hit "fiat bottom" before they become willing to entertain alternatives to what everyone knows.

People trapped in the “Fiat World” suck the life out of me; includes my family and friends. Fist fight with my brother over “investing”. Surreal.
