I like the task time approach. I am in the middle of a trial where I am timing everything I am doing (as much as I can) during the day for AI analysis. I have noticed that for me the result of knowing that I am being intentional with my time allocation makes me more focused and mindfully present in the task I am doing. I can see time limits in the writing tasks having a similar effect for me and others!
