It’s also interesting that you frame this as instructions to build a firearm. That distinction needs explaining. Are you claiming the presence of actual CSAM, or merely fragments of data that could be reconstructed into such material using third-party software? Those are not the same thing. Instructions to build a firearm are not a firearm, and the legal and moral implications differ accordingly.
